Nacho Cheese Sauce

PREPARATION:

8 oz (2 cups)    Shredded Cheese

1/2 to 3/4 cup water

 (1/2 cup for thick sauce, 3/4 cup for thin)

1 Packet Nacho-Eze®


In a sauce pan, bring water to boil and then reduce heat to low. Empty 1 packet of Nacho-Eze® into water and stir until dissolved. Add shredded cheese and lightly stir so as to ensure all cheese is covered by water. Wait 2-5 minutes for cheese to melt, and then whisk until smooth and evenly colored with no remaining cheese shreds. If you want thinner sauce after making, just add water 1/8 cup at a time and whisk in over low heat until smooth.

Serve in bowl or poured over chips. Good hot or cold!
